I used to know a country which was well-known for being peaceable. Unlike its southern neighbour, this country was not looking for reasons to quarrel and fight with other countries. It was not surprising that it was a safe land for war refugees; those who were looking for a safe shelter and a peaceful life in a corner of the world far away from the sufferings and pains of their homeland. By this country, I mean Canada — a country that does not exist anymore; a Canada which did not accompany its southern neighbour, the ever-ready-to-fight Yankees, in invading overseas; a Canada whose envoys were the ambassadors of peace and friendship all over the world; a Canada that had a reasonable, logical relationship with the rest of the world and avoided any extremism and interference in regional crises. That was why its subjects were popular worldwide, and why the subjects of its southern neighbor used its flag on their belongings in their overseas trips so that the Canadian popularity kept any harm from them.
This Canada, which does not exist anymore, was concerned about its reputation in the world, worried about the environment and what greedy opportunists do to it, and a pioneer in regional and global activities to preserve the environment. It did not have any enemies, so it did not have to have bombs and rockets, or a costly army, or to spend millions of dollars from the pockets of its hard working people on aircrafts which exist only on paper ادامه ی نوشته

We have heard interesting news about corruption in different levels of the Canadian government. Some time ago, the mass media made a big deal about the covert relationship between Mafia and the municipal authorities in several cities of Quebec. A special committee was established in order to investigate the dimensions of the corruption. The mayors of a number of Quebec cities, including the mayor of the big city of Laval to the north of Montreal, were arrested and the mayor of Montreal resigned, his temporary substitute being assigned by the city council until the next elections. Now he is also in prison. In November, the people of Montreal went to the polls and expressed their dissatisfaction with the former mayor and his colleagues.
In 2006, the Conservative Party of Canada, led by Stephen Harper, started a campaign against corruption, claiming that there is corruption in the Liberal Party. It also claimed that it would form the most transparent government of Canada. People could not trust the Conservative Party, although they had lost their confidence in liberals. It hadn’t been long since Mr. Mulroney, the former conservative Prime Minister and Mr. Harper’s master, was accused. That was why Mr. Harper only managed to form his minority government in 2006. The same thing happened again in 2008. In 2011, he managed to form a majority government with just a little more than 30 percent of the votes cast by people, by making a lot of promises to different strata of the country, sending his Immigration Minister to give speeches in the communities where there were a lot of immigrants and victory in elections could make the conservatives the majority, as well as giving attractive promises in the field of immigration and also exploiting the weakness in the leadership of the Liberal party, the competition between the Liberal party and the NDP, and – based on some allegations (which are still under investigations) — using illegal advertising tricks such as RoboCalls.

این روزها حال خوشی ندارم نه از بابت کار و درگیریهای زندگی که به دلیل خبرهای نه چندان دلچسبی که از گوشه و کنار می رسد. ظاهرا قرار بر این است که دولت هارپر چهره زیبای کانادای صلح دوست را در جهان تغییر دهد. کانادایی که نامش یادآور تحمل و مدارا میان اقوام و مذاهب و نیز عدالت و صلح و آرامش جهانی بود به سرعت به سمت تبدیل شدن به یک کشور جنگ طلب و پرخاشجو در حرکت است. دولت هارپر آفتی است که به جان هویت کانادایی افتاده است که آخرین ثمره آن رای منفی به شناسایی فلسطین به عنوان عضو بدون حق رای سازمان ملل بود. متاسف شدم که کانادا در کنار تعداد معدودی از کشورها در مقابل ۱۷۹ کشور که حداقل ۱۳۹ تای آنها به این خواسته رای مثبت دادند قرار گرفت.
می دانم که اکثریت کانادایی های با این سیاستها مخالفند و سر و صدای زیادی هم در کانادا بر علیه هارپر ایجاد شده است. امید دارم در سال ۲۰۱۵ هارپر و حزب زیاده خواهش از قدرت خارج شوند اما نمی دانم تا آن زمان چه از کانادا باقی می ماند. یادش به خیر آقای ژان کرتین نخست وزیر کهنه کار لیبرال کانادا که برای مشارکت در جنگ با عراق به آمریکا نه گفت و تا پایان بر این نظر ایستاد. مرد بزرگی است و عمرش دراز باد.
برای ما مهاجرین و به خصوص ایرانیان سیاستهای این دولت در بعد داخلی البته اهمیت بیشتری دارد و روزی نیست که برای خوشآمد دیگران هارپر سودایی در سر نپروراند. ادامه ی نوشته
امروز نامه ای از ورشو در پاسخ به ایمیل چند روز قبل در مورد تعیین تکلیف چگونگی ارسال پاسپورت به این سفارت دریافت کردم که در آن اعلام شده بود در این مورد با ما مکاتبه خواهد شد و منتظر باشیم. در همین نامه تاکید مجدد شده است که از مراجعه به سفارت کانادا در تهران برای تحویل پاسپورت خودداری شود. با این حساب اطلاعیه ای که در سایت سفارت تهران است قدیمی است و نباید عمل شود.

در پی درخواستی که در مورد تماس با نمایندگان محافظه کار عضو کمیته مهاجرت و شهروندی پارلمان و به خصوص دو عضوی که از مناطق ایرانی نشین رای آورده اند داشتیم تعدادی از دوستان به این خواسته ما عمل کردند و مکاتباتی را با این افراد از جمله با آقای Costas نماینده ریچموندهیل داشته اند که نتایج جالبی بدست آمده است:
۱- این نمایندگان بدون استثنا بسیار با موضوع با حساسیت برخورد کرده اند و اولین سوال آنها این بوده است که ایا شما در حوزه انتخابیه من بستگانی دارید یا خیر؟ به تعبیر دیگر دغدغه از دست دادن رای در این حوزه ها به دلیل روشن شدن سیاستهای واقعی اداره مهاجرت برای مناطق مهاجر نشین بسیار جدی است. ما به این نگرانی در هفته های آتی با چاپ مطالبی در نشریه پرنیان و ارسال آن برای دفاتر آنها دامن خواهیم زد. ادامه ی نوشته
سوال:
سلام جناب مختاری با عرض سلام و خسته نباشی من خیری از یکی از مشاورین در کانادا شنیدم که دفتر سوریه رسما تعطیل شده و پرونده ها به کشور اردن ارسال میشوند یا شده اند و۸۵% از پروندها به مصاحبه دوم دعوت میشوند که مخصوص کبکی ها است و میگند که چون در قبولی کبک آفیسرها به صورت سلیقه ای برخورد کردن کلیه مدارک اعم از شناسایی و تحصیلی و امنیتی دوباره چک خواهد شد چه جوریاست آیا صحت داره این مسئله من نگرانم من حدود ۱۸ ماه منتظره مدیکال هستم از طریق نیروی متخصص و واقعا ای اخبار خیلی جالبه؟؟؟ ممنون میشم اگه صحت این مسئله رو اطلاع رسانی کنید

Question:
I have applied for PR of canada via Skilled worker program in April 2010. Unfortunately I have no responce from them untill 2 weeks ago when I receive a mail from Canada Embassy in Syria that your file has been closed because you should send your documents till Dec 2011.
I had no response since submiting my initial forms, even I did not receive my file No!.I sent them several e mails to note me my file number but no response was recieved. Since ny credit card had been charged I was sure that my forms were in process. What should I do now? Is it possible to reopen a closed file?
