I, YOUR NAME, am here by writing to inform you about a rough justice and indiscriminate response from Citizenship and Immigration Canada to my immigration file as an applicant of federal skilled worker in 38 occupations category.

I submitted my immigration file to Damascus visa office on DEFINITE DATE and received an email bearing my file number and mentioning my application will be finalized within 12 months time.

Also, in that email, the migrants were strongly urged to use the following months not YEAR to gather information and empower themselves to be able to cope with living and working conditions in Canada.

Even worse, 18 occupations out of 38 occupations of former category are exactly the same in the new 29 occupations list and the latter ones are receiving their medicals with the SAME occupation code to the detriment of former applicants which is an act of crying injustice.

As an incumbent you ought to be informed that lately the minister of Citizenship and Immigration Canada has given a speech praising the modern and responsive immigration service without addressing the huge backlog keeping growth which could be called “escaping forward strategy”. On this basis the minister seems giving hollow promises and doing everything dejecting the 38 occupations category applicants and his comments have filled fears that he may dismiss the processing of this category through a hidden agenda.

However, if the applications prolong beyond a reasonable time, it could do damage to Canadian reputation as a welcoming country for high-skilled immigrants; so there would be no point expecting a higher life style standards in Canada as a disappointing matter of fact.

Thus, it has made me wondered whether you as a responsible authority on immigration issue could provide some sort of support on the processing of the FAST TRACK 38 occupation applicants according to C-50, since I do believe that the immigration department should Feel responsible toward all applicants and keep its promise as well.
